There being no other quarter whence assistance could be gained for the due performance of divine worship in the Cathedral and for parochial duties among the troops and European residents of the Colony, so that at the present time the students are dependent for instruction upon the voluntary services of Mr. Odell, formerly tutor, and now Military Chaplain, and Mr. Oliver Naval Chaplain to H.
